Account Handler

The Role

This role will see you take on all account handling duties across a range of the company’s commercial clients. You will be working with a team of established Account Handlers, delivering a high-quality service to the clients.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this role you must have experience working as an Account Handler in the insurance industry. You will have excellent technical knowledge and be able to deliver an expert level of service to the clients. You must have at Least 1 Years Commercial Lines Experience

  • Happy to deal with customers confidently over the phone as well as face to face
  • A Passion and Drive to move the business forward through building and sustaining customer relationships
  • Excellent negotiation skills with Insurers and prospects
  • The ability to meet and exceed targets

In addition to the above experience, personally you must be a true professional who is enthusiastic about their work along with the will and ambition to grow with the business.
